Pritibahen takes great care of mum’s lower legs and spends time making sure that they are washed thoroughly and cream applied, as required. It is making a big difference to the condition of the skin on mum’s legs and she’s enjoying having Pritibahen Parmar visiting most days.

My mother, Brenda, sadly passed away. I just want to say thank you to you and your team of Carers who looked after her. The care and attention she received from everyone during such a difficult time was fantastic and I will be forever grateful. I would really appreciate it if you could pass on my personal thanks to Almar who came to the house within minutes of my Mam passing. She dealt with the situation very professionally and with great compassion. I was unable to see her when she left so was unable to thank her then. Thank you and best wishes for the future.

I have had daily care from Nuliving for over a year now. To begin with, I had twice daily visits, but find I can cope at present to once per day. I have found the team of girls to be caring and competent in their work, always bright and cheerful and this also applies to office staff. I can’t add any more other than to say that I am happy with the service of care I get from Nuliving.

We have known the carer for several months in her capacity as a care worker and have always found her to bring a ray of sunshine together with a few bars of her favourite songs. She carries out her duties in a professional manner and goes the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best possible service.

This company is the best around. They go above and beyond their duties. The girls really do care for my parents. Any hiccups, which are exceptionally rare, are dealt with immediately. Excellent service.

I have been very happy with the care my mam received. Mam was very reluctant at first to accept carers into her home but adjusted quickly and enjoyed the visits. The carers were really supportive to me as a daughter and very caring towards my mam. The office staff were always helpful and acted quickly to support mam’s needs. I would very much recommend this service.

Thanked everyone who helped with scheduling carers to accompany her to appointments, and carers and office staff for supporting her through her cancer treatment, she said she would not have gotten through it without everyone’s support and she is very grateful everyone has been brilliant.

Passed on compliments to Pooja saying she is lovely and very efficient, and this lunch time, she had Leanne who she also said was lovely. Joan went on to say that it made a nice change to see a different face and have a chat with someone new or who she hasn’t seen in a while, so she has asked for more variety in the care staff that she receives.
